নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলি
ভূমিকাঃ আমাদের যেকোনো পণ্য ক্রয় করার পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে এই শর্তগুলো পড়ে নিবেন। আমাদের থেকে পণ্য কেনার মানে হলো, আমাদের শর্তগুলো পড়েছেন ও এতে সম্মত আছেন। তবে যদি আমাদের শর্তগুলো মানতে না চান তবে আমাদের থেকে পণ্য না কেনাকাটাই উত্তম। কারণ এটি আমার (ফ্লামিন এ্যারোমা) ও আপনার মধ্যে একটি চুক্তিনামা যা আমাদের মধ্যকার সম্পর্ক জোড়দার করে।
যেকোনো সময় আপনি এই পেজটিতে প্রবেশ করার মাধ্যমে আমাদের শর্তগুলো জানতে পারবেন। এছাড়াও আমরা যদি কখনও কোনো শর্ত পরিবর্তন করি, তবে সেটার পেজের শুরুতে থাকবে।
শর্ত-১ প্রোডাক্ট প্রাইস ও স্টক প্রাকৃতিক কিংবা বৈশ্বিক অবস্থা বা অন্য যেকোনো কারণে আমাদের কাছে আপনার কাঙ্খিত পণ্যটি নাও থাকতে পারে। এক্ষেত্রে যদি আপনার অর্ডারটি ক্যান্সেল করা হবে এবং আপনাকে তা জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে। যদি অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করে থাকেন্ তবে তা আমাদের ‘রিফান্ড পলিসি’ অনুযায়ী আপনার অর্থ ফেরত দেয়া হবে। ইন-শা-আল্লাহ্।
আমরা সর্বাত্মক চেষ্টা করি, প্রতিটি পণ্যের মূল্য সঠিক রাখতে। কিন্তু সময়ের সাথে সাথে পণ্যের মূল্য হ্রাস-বৃদ্ধি হতে পারে। তবে আপনি অর্ডার করার কিছুক্ষণ পর যদি মূল্যের পরিবর্তন হয় সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে পূর্বের মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে। উদাহরণস্বরুপ বলা যায়- আপনি ৩’শ টাকার একটি পণ্যের অর্ডার করার পর যদি দেখেন পণ্যের মূল্য হ্রাস পেয়ে ২৮০ টাকা কিংবা বৃদ্ধি পেয়ে ৩২০ টাকা হয়, সেক্ষেত্রেও আপনাকে ৩’শ টাকাই পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
শর্ত-২ প্রোডাক্ট কোয়ালিটি।
আমাদের প্রোডাক্টের সাইজ বা পরিমাণ কিংবা অন্য যেকোনো ভেরিয়েশন সঠিকভাবে ওয়েবসাইটে দেয়ার চেষ্টা করি। তারপরও আপনার ডিভাইস সেটিংস, মডেল, ওএস রিজিয়ন কিংবা কালার ক্যালিব্রেশন এর জন্য ভেরিয়েশন সমূহ সঠিক ভাবে দেখা নাও যেতে পারে। যদি কোনো প্রোডাক্ট ওয়েবসাইটের বর্ণনার সাথে না মিলে, এক্ষেত্রে আপনি চাইলে প্রোডাক্টটি অব্যাবহৃত অবস্থায় আমাদের ‘রিটার্ন এন্ড রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পলিসি’ অনুযায়ী রিটার্ন কিংবা পরিবর্তন করে নিতে পারেন।
শর্ত-৩ ঠিকানা ও নিজের তথ্য সঠিক দেয়া।
একজন ক্রেতা হিসেবে আমাদের কাছ থেকে প্রতিটা অর্ডারে আপনি আপনার সম্পূর্ণ সঠিক ইনফরমেশন আমাদেরকে সম্মতি প্রকাশ করছেন। এছাড়াও ক্রেতা হিসেবে প্রতিনিয়ত আপনি আপনার একাঊন্ট ইনফর্মেশন, যেমন- ঠিকানা, ফোন নাম্বার, প্রভৃতি আপডেট করতে সম্মতি প্রকাশ করছেন। যাতে করে আমরা দ্রুত আপনার পছন্দের পণ্যটি পৌঁছে দিতে পারি।
একটা ফোন নাম্বার বা মেইল এড্রেস অথবা একাউন্ট ইনফরমেশন দিয়ে আপনি একাধিক একাউন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন বা তৈরি করতে পারবেন না। যদি কোনভাবে করতে সক্ষমও হন, আমাদের অফার ডিস্কাউন্ট, ডিলস, কুপন কিংবা আকস্মিক অফার একের অধিক নিতে পারবেন না বা সাবমিট করলে তা বাতিল হতে পারে। এক্ষেত্রে কোনো প্রকার অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
শর্ত-৪ ডিস্কাউন্ট
কুপন কোড বা অন্যান্য যেকোনো অফার, মূলত প্রোডাক্ট এর সাধারণ ক্মূল্যকে কমিয়ে দেয়! এক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই আপনাকে মূল্য আগে পরিশোধ করতে হবে। এছাড়াও এ সকল অফারযুক্ত অর্ডার সাকসেস হবার পর রিটার্ণ বা এক্সচেঞ্জ হবে না। এই পলিসি অনু্যায়ী সেইম ফোন নাম্বার বা মেইল এড্রেস দিয়ে একাধিকবার ডিস্কাউন্ট বা অফার নিতে পারবে না। প্রমোশনাল এস এম এস কিংবা অফারের ব্যান্যারের কন্টেন্টে শুধুমাত্র অফারের মেইন কন্টেন্ট লিখা থাকবে। বিস্তারিত তথ্য আমাদের এই পেজে উল্লেখ থাকবে। ‘ফ্ল্যামিন এ্যারোমা’-কোনো প্রকার পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই যেকোনো অফার সংশোধন, পরিবর্তন কিংবা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
শর্ত-৫ ভুল ইনফর্মেশন এবং ত্রুটি।
অনাকাঙ্খিতভাবে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে এমন কিছু প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে ভুল তথ্য থাকতে পারে। যেমন- টাইপিং ভুল, ভুল ইনফর্মেশন বা ত্রুটি। তাই পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো ধরনের ভুল ইনফর্মেশন কারেক্ট করার বা প্রয়োজনে পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে। এছাড়াও ভুলে কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য সাধারণ মূল্য থেকে বেড়ে বা কমে গেলে এবং সেই প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করলেও সেই অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করা হতে পারে। যদি পেমেন্ট করা থাকে তবে তা ক্যান্সেল করে রিফান্ড করা হতে পারে।
শর্ত-৬ অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল
‘ফ্ল্যামিন এ্যারোমা’ সব সময়ই অরিজিনাল এবং অথেনটিক প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রয় করে। তাই যেকোনো প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির আগে এর কোয়ালিটি চেক করা হয়। বিশেষ করে এর মেয়াদ আছে কিনা। যদি কোনো সমস্যা খুঁজে পাওয়া যায় তৎক্ষণাৎ পণ্যটি পরিবর্তন করে ডেলিভারি করে। কারণ, আমরা চেষ্টা করছি আমাদের গ্রাহকদের বেস্ট শপিং এক্সপেরিয়েন্স প্রদান করার। বেশ কিছু কারণে প্রোডাক্ট স্তক আগে থেকে বোঝা যায় না। যেমন- অপ্রত্যাশিত ইনভেন্টরি সমস্যা, স্টক আপডেট সমস্যা বা অপ্রত্যাশিত যেকোনো সমস্যা বা হঠাৎ কোনো প্রোডাক্ট এর চাহিদা বেড়ে গিয়ে স্টক আউট হয়ে গেলে এবং কোনো অতিরিক্ত অর্ডার থাকলে তা ক্যান্সেল এবং অগ্রিম পেমেন্টের অর্ডার থাকলে তা রিফান্ড করা হতে পারে।

We strive to keep our product prices accurate. However, prices may increase or decrease over time. If the price changes shortly after you place your order, you will need to pay the previous price. For example, if you order a product for 300 BDT and later see the price drop to 280 BDT or increase to 320 BDT, you will still pay the 300 BDT.
Term 2: Product Quality
We try to provide accurate information about the size, quantity, or other variations of our products on the website. However, due to your device settings, model, OS region, or color calibration, the variations might not appear correctly. If a product does not match the website description, you can return or exchange it in unused condition according to our return and replacement policy.

You cannot create multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, or account information. Coupon codes or other offers generally reduce the standard price of a product! You must pay the price upfront. Orders with such offers cannot be returned or exchanged after being successful. The promotional SMS or offer banners will only include the main content of the offer. Term 5: Incorrect Information and Errors

‘Flamin Aroma’ always sells original and authentic products. We check the quality of each product before delivery, especially its expiration date. If any issue is found, the product will be replaced before delivery. This is to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. However, some inventory issues may not be anticipated, such as unexpected inventory problems, stock update issues, or sudden high demand for a product causing it to be out of stock. In such cases, any additional orders will be canceled, and advance payment orders will be refunded.
